Before you buy
Review the plan description, approximate dimensions, included drawings, and Plan License & Terms. A stock plan is not customized to your property and may require local engineering, code adaptation, and professional seals.
Secure checkout
The purchase button opens a Stripe-hosted checkout. Enter the email address where you want to receive the receipt and fulfillment instructions. Keep that receipt as proof of your one-build license.
Digital delivery
Delivery instructions will be sent to the email used at checkout. Check spam or junk folders before requesting help. Do not forward the download or plan files outside the project team permitted by the plan license.
Plan modifications
Modification work is priced separately after reviewing the requested changes and available property information. A written proposal will define scope, price, schedule, and deliverables before modification work begins.
