Stonegate Residential Design offers a 10% referral fee on qualifying plan-set purchases to approved, independently verified licensed real estate professionals and licensed contractors.

WHO QUALIFIES

Licensed professionals.

The program is intended for active real-estate professionals and contractors whose identity, license, and current license status can be independently verified. A license number by itself does not create eligibility and does not automatically generate a referral code.

HOW APPROVAL WORKS

Stonegate verifies each applicant against the official licensing record before issuing a referral identifier. The license number is used to find and match the public record; entering a number alone is not proof that the applicant owns that license.

Broker review when required

Real-estate applicants provide employing-broker information so Stonegate can confirm the legally permitted recipient of any referral compensation.

Approval and referral ID

Approved professionals receive referral instructions and an identifying referral code or link to use before the customer's plan-set purchase.

Stonegate will use the name, state, license type, and license number above to match the applicant against the official public licensing record. A copy of the license is requested only if the government record is unavailable, incomplete, or does not clearly match the application. Do not send a W-9, Social Security number, banking credentials, or other tax/payment secrets through this initial application.

This first step opens a pre-addressed email containing the application information you entered. Stonegate then verifies the public license record and, for real-estate applicants, applicable broker information. A license copy is requested only if public-record verification is inconclusive. W-9 collection when required and payout credentials are handled only after approval.

PAYOUTS

Paid to the legally permitted recipient.

For real-estate licensees, compensation may need to be paid to the employing broker or brokerage depending on the applicant's state law and brokerage policy. Contractors may generally designate the licensed business or another legally permitted recipient, subject to applicable law. Stonegate confirms the payee before collecting payout credentials.

Preferred payout methods are Stripe/ACH first, then PayPal Business, Venmo Business, or Cash App Business when appropriate. Stonegate does not request banking credentials, tax identification numbers, or Social Security numbers in the public application form.

APPROVAL STATUS

Clear status from application to payout.

Applications are reviewed before a referral identifier is issued.
License status and expiration are checked against official state records.
A license document is requested only as a fallback when the official record cannot be verified.
Broker information is reviewed for real-estate applicants when applicable.
W-9 and payout details are requested only after approval and only when needed.
Referral fees are based on eligible plan-set revenue actually collected, excluding refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and excluded services.
Applicants remain responsible for complying with their state's licensing, disclosure, brokerage, and tax requirements.

A customer purchase made before the professional is approved and the referral is properly identified may not qualify for a referral fee. Program terms may be updated to comply with licensing, brokerage, payment-provider, tax, or other legal requirements. This program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or brokerage relationship with Stonegate.
